Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
8 mozzarella cheese cubes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each piece of dough and wrap the dough around it, pinching to seal tightly.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush each dough ball with the butter mixture and place in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
Air fry for 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Immediately brush with any remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Make sure to seal the dough tightly around the cheese to prevent it from leaking during cooking. If you don’t have an air fryer, these can also be baked in the oven at 375°F for 12-15 minutes. For an extra flavor boost, try adding crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter or swapping mozzarella for a cheese blend. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated in the air fryer for best results.
