Description

These Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips are a creamy, satisfying treat that’s both easy to make and perfect for snacking. Made with simple ingredients, they deliver a rich peanut butter flavor balanced with the tang of Greek yogurt and bursts of chocolate in every bite. Kept in the freezer, they’re a convenient grab-and-go option for a quick dessert or midday pick-me-up that feels indulgent while still being wholesome.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined with no lumps.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mix gently until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Keep each portion evenly sized for consistent freezing.
Lightly flatten each bite with the back of a spoon if desired to create a uniform shape.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the bites are completely firm.
Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or freezer-safe bag for storage.
When ready to eat, let the bites sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes to slightly soften for the best texture.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture and richer taste.
Mini chocolate chips work best for even distribution in every bite.
Let the bites sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes before eating for the best texture.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Swap peanut butter with almond or cashew butter if desired.
